We are carrying out maintenance that will affect the control panel server and our spam scanning servers, this is happening on different nights as follows:

22:00 GMT 16th November 2011 – 06:00 GMT 17th November 2011 – Control panel / web mail will be taken offline for a maximum of 6 hours so we can move the server that hosts them to a new data centre. During this time all control panel URL’s will be offline. Your hosting account will still be running unless you have already been contacted last week as we are also moving some other servers that host sites but not all.

22:00 GMT 17th November 2011 – 06:00 GMT 18th November 2011 – The server system that performs our spam scanning is being moved to a new location, during this time you may get a slight increase in spam but no email systems will be offline and mail won’t be delayed.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but this is essential maintenance to allow us to move to a larger data centre to help us expand our services.
